NEW Lunch Bags – Beeswax or Plant Wax option.
New to our range of waxed bags is the Lunch Bag, the perfect eco option for everyones lunch. Available as a beeswax or a plant wax option, the latter is great in warmer weather. Please indicate in the comments section which you prefer. These bags are a great option to take if you are camping as they take up little space and will keep your food fresher for longer.
Like our Standard and Large bags, this has a gusset, which allows it to easily contain a couple of sandwiches with room for a muffin, apple, muesli bar etc. Of course you can also use it for storing bread rolls, fruit and vegetables. A perfect alternative for those wishing to take their lunch with them to work.
The designs shown are available now but can change often. Please do let us know if you have a favourite colour and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Also please request your preference for either beeswax or the plant wax option in the comments box at the checkout as these patterns are available in both options. If you do not request anything, then we will send you the beeswax option.

How to use your Bags: Use the warmth of your hands to seal over the top of the bag, the plant wax ones just need a little longer to soften but they are really effective in the warmer weather. Both the beeswax and plant wax bags work equally well, its just a personal choice.
How to care for your bags: Most of the time, they will only require a rinse with cold water and perhaps some detergent, if there are any crumbs stuck to it, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe off with a cloth. Simply place upside down on your dish rack to dry. Please do not place your bag in the Dishwasher, Microwave or expose it to any other heat source, as this will damage the wax coating and shorten the life of your bag. At the end of your bag’s useful life; we are not sure at this stage how long that will be but guessing longer than the wraps, then just place in the green waste or you can place a plant in it and plant in the garden.
